Responsibilities
What you'll do.
- Lead transformation engagements end-to-end: scoping, governance design, programme architecture, delivery oversight, benefits realisation.
- Build documentation infrastructure that captures intent, decisions, and execution at the standard required for audit defensibility and institutional memory.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder groups (executive, legal, compliance, technology, business operations).
- Develop transformation governance frameworks calibrated to institutional client scale and complexity.
Requirements
What we look for.
- 6–10 years of enterprise transformation, management consulting, or comparable institutional programme delivery experience.
- Demonstrated track record of leading multi-stakeholder transformation programmes through to delivery.
- Experience operating across compliance/regulatory, technology, and business operations stakeholder groups.
- Strong programme governance, communication, and stakeholder management capability.
Qualifications
Educational & professional credentials.
- Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's (MBA, MEng, MPA) commonly held.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme management credentials valued.
