Transformation Consultant

Lead enterprise transformation engagements for institutional clients undertaking complex change programmes — regulatory compliance overhauls, system modernisation, cross-border operating-model reconfiguration, M&A integration.

Responsibilities

What you'll do.

  • Lead transformation engagements end-to-end: scoping, governance design, programme architecture, delivery oversight, benefits realisation.
  • Build documentation infrastructure that captures intent, decisions, and execution at the standard required for audit defensibility and institutional memory.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder groups (executive, legal, compliance, technology, business operations).
  • Develop transformation governance frameworks calibrated to institutional client scale and complexity.
Requirements

What we look for.

  • 6–10 years of enterprise transformation, management consulting, or comparable institutional programme delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading multi-stakeholder transformation programmes through to delivery.
  • Experience operating across compliance/regulatory, technology, and business operations stakeholder groups.
  • Strong programme governance, communication, and stakeholder management capability.
Qualifications

Educational & professional credentials.

  • Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's (MBA, MEng, MPA) commonly held.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme management credentials valued.
