Responsibilities
What you'll do.
- Single point of accountability for assigned programme outcomes — schedule, budget, scope, quality, regulator engagement, executive reporting.
- Programme governance design and execution: working-group structure, decision frameworks, escalation paths, executive reporting cadence.
- Lead programme team across consulting, advisory, and client resources.
- Manage regulator engagement and supervisory communication where the programme is regulator-mandated.
Requirements
What we look for.
- 7–12 years of programme delivery experience at institutional scale.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder programmes through to closure.
- Senior-stakeholder communication capability — executive, board, regulator.
- Cross-functional team leadership experience.
Qualifications
Educational & professional credentials.
- Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's commonly held.
- Senior programme management credentials (PgMP, MSP, equivalent) valued.
