Responsibilities
What you'll do.
- Design and implement Policy-as-Code solutions for institutional clients.
- Translate regulatory and policy requirements into machine-readable enforcement rules.
- Integrate Policy-as-Code with CI/CD pipelines, IaC platforms (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation), Kubernetes (OPA/Gatekeeper), and cloud-native policy engines (AWS Config, Azure Policy, GCP Policy).
- Build Policy-as-Code documentation architecture: policy libraries, version control, audit trails, compliance dashboards.
- Develop client-side enablement: standards, templates, training, governance workflows.
Requirements
What we look for.
- 5–9 years of compliance engineering, DevSecOps, or comparable Policy-as-Code experience.
- Working familiarity with at least two of: Rego/OPA, Terraform, Kubernetes admission controllers, cloud-native policy engines.
- Direct experience in regulated environments: financial services, healthcare, public sector.
- Strong written documentation capability — Policy-as-Code requires human-readable policy as well as machine-readable code.
Qualifications
Educational & professional credentials.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Cloud-platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) valued.
- Kubernetes certifications (CKAD, CKA, CKS) valued.
