Responsibilities
What you'll do.
- Lead workstreams within larger consulting engagements.
- Conduct sophisticated requirements analysis: business architecture documentation, process re-engineering, control gap analysis.
- Develop solution-design contributions across functional, regulatory, and technical dimensions.
- Lead workshops, structured interviews, and analytical sessions with senior client stakeholders.
- Mentor Business Analyst I team members on assigned engagements.
Requirements
What we look for.
- 3–6 years of business analysis, consulting, or institutional analytical experience.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead workstreams independently.
- Strong written analytical output suitable for client-facing deliverables.
- Experience across at least two of: financial services, healthcare, technology, public sector, regulated industries.
Qualifications
Educational & professional credentials.
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- CBAP or equivalent mid-senior analyst certification valued.
