Responsibilities
What you'll do.
- Support requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation across client engagements.
- Develop process documentation: process maps, work instructions, control narratives.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement: interviews, workshops, structured analysis sessions.
- Maintain documentation standards across assigned engagements.
Requirements
What we look for.
- 1–3 years of business analysis, consulting, or comparable institutional analytical experience.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Working familiarity with process mapping, requirements documentation, and basic data analysis.
Qualifications
Educational & professional credentials.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or related field.
- CCBA or equivalent entry-level analyst certification valued.
